All first time appointments at the clinic will require a comprehensive consult about your health history, aesthetic goals and the potential treatments necessary to achieve those goals. Please allow additional time for your appointment to facilitate this.

POLICY ON NO SHOWS AND CANCELLATIONS 
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. We require 24-hours notice for any rescheduling or cancellation of appointments. Clients who provide less than 24-hours notice or miss their appointment will be subject to a $50 fee. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please use the booking confirmation email you received when scheduling.

PRICING & PAYMENT
 Prices are subject to change. If you have already made an appointment before the a price adjustment, you will not be required to pay the new price. All treatments are subject to applicable provincial taxes.
